INVISION HOSPITALITY CO. LTD. TO MANAGE ZEAVOLA RESORT, PHI PHI ISLAND

Bangkok, Thailand (March 14, 2008) - Mr. Mitsuji Konoshita, Director of A.P.F. Hospitality Co. Ltd. and PP Coral Resort Co., Ltd, the owner of Zeavola Resort, announced the appointment of InVision Hospitality Co. Ltd. to manage its property. InVision Hospitality has signed a management agreement for Zeavola Resort, a 48-villa boutique resort on Phi Phi Island, which will take effect as of March 14, 2008.

Mr. Jonathan Wigley, Managing Director of InVision Hospitality, said he was “delighted with the partnership and excited to operate such a flagship property”. Our plan is to increase more direct bookings from Japan, North Asia, Australia and Southern Europe.” He continued, “We will also re-launch the resort website and work closely with Small Luxury Hotels & Resorts (SLH) of which Zeavola Resort is a member.”

InVision Hospitality has also created a Bangkok-based Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management and Reservation Center which will be able to drive the right mix of business to the resort. The new Zeavola Sales, Marketing and Reservation office is located in the city center of Bangkok, on the 5th floor of Goldenland Building, Soi Mahardlek Luang 1, Rajdamri Road.

He also outlined on an improvement plan for Zeavola which will also include an additional four pool villas as well as a new-state-of-the-art lifestyle fitness center, providing guest an exceptional and total experience.

Phi Phi Island is one of the top destinations in Thailand for leisure travelers both from within Thailand and from overseas. Zeavola is the only luxury villa resort on Phi Phi Island and is located on its northern tip, nestled on a prime stretch of soft white sand.
