InVision Hospitality to manage the Residence Phuket as the Residence Phuket – A Lantern Residences & Resort
Mr. Graham Bibby, CEO, Richmond Group and Mr. Kevin Beauvais, CEO, InVision Hospitality, announced the signing of the management agreement for InVision Hospitality to manage The Residence Phuket effective immediately. The integrated residential and resort property will also be rebranded as The Residence Phuket – A Lantern Residences & Resort effective June 1, 2010.
The Residence Phuket is the first project being launched under the Lantern Hotels, Resorts and Residences brand. A collection of properties with unique and local flair, the Lantern branded properties will be local beacons that highlight the culture and customs of each individual locale.
The Residence Phuket is located amongst 27 rai (10.8 acres) of beautiful gardens and is a short walk from Bang Tao Beach and a 10 minute ride from Surin Beach. All luxurious villas feature full-size swimming pools, multiple outside relaxation & dining areas and landscaped private gardens, while the relaxed-style interiors include multiple televisions with DVD and CD players.
