InVision Hospitality's Sales, Marketing and Reservation Office
Bangkok, Thailand (March 28, 2008) - Jonathan Wigley, Managing Director of InVision Hospitality Co., Ltd. announces the launch of a fully integrated sales, marketing and reservation services center.
InVision Hospitality Co., Ltd. has created the Bangkok-based central sales, marketing and reservation office, which also includes public relations and revenue management services, to provide both managed and contracted clients with a “plug in, turn on” approach to business generation. Sales, marketing, revenue management and public relations services will be live in March 2008 with reservation services following in April 2008. The purpose is to serve the needs of each individual property and drive the right mix of business for all hotels and resorts represented by the company.

The sales team’s activities are based on a priority first system with all market segments covered and maximized. These strategies will be spelled out in a focused annual business generation plan (ABGP), which ensures that the competitive environment of each individual hotel or resort is dominated.
The public relations team will support marketing activities to reach both trade and consumer audiences through editorial coverage in print and broadcast media for each property's targeted markets. Activities include everything from press releases and feature placement to arranging for media to review properties.
Revenue management will focus on pricing, inventory control, distribution, booking engine optimization as well as rate sensitivity analysis for each property.
“Our reservation team has been professionally trained to accommodate all reservation requests. All bookers are assured of a seamless reservation process with centralized telecommunications and e-contact.” added Mr. Wigley.
The Bangkok Sales, Marketing and Reservation Office will be located on the 5th floor of Goldenland Building, Soi Mahardlek Luang 1, Rajdamri Road, Bangkok. Each property represented will have its own direct email addresses for sales, reservations and public relations.
