InVision Hospitality

Bangkok, Thailand (May 17, 2007), Khun Charn Pirapokin, Chairman and Mr. Kevin J. Beauvais, CEO of InVision Hospitality recently announced the official opening of InVision’s corporate office and have begun providing hospitality services.

Mr. Beauvais said, “Today’s travelers are more discerning. They seek singular experiences, they seek atmosphere. They endeavor to respect the natural environment, where possible, they will even seek to give back to the local community they are visiting. In sum, they expect luxury, minus the gaudy excesses of yesteryear, but with a new sensitivity to aesthetics and good taste.”

InVision Hospitality was created to fill a void in the current hotel management industry and will provide overall investment, strategy and management for hospitality projects throughout Asia. Management, consultancy and advisory services will be extended to high-quality projects and clients who are like-minded, seeking efficiency, long term value and profits.

“Because hospitality is so much more than just providing a hotel room and success in business requires strong operational knowledge and technical thinking, InVision services help our clients achieve their desired results. Examples of the service we provide including management agreements, development & technical services, master planning, brand development, construction management, graphic design services, marketing plans, policy & procedure outlines, restaurant consultancy, spa advisory and audits for the hospitality industry” said Mr. Beauvais.

The brand will create a new luxury horizon for those seeking an escape from the ordinary, breaking the chain in a world of ever-increasing generic uniformity and impersonal service.

Key locations for InVision development of SOMA Hotels & Resorts are in the urban and seaside settings which will be the essential backdrop for these unique properties.

In addition to SOMA Hotels & Resorts, InVision Hospitality will also introduce SOMA Residences to consumers who want a higher standard of ownership, whether for full-time living or as a frequent getaway. Integrated with SOMA Hotels & Resorts or uniquely standing alone, world-class service will be delivered to the doorstep to meet every desire.
